I am very pleased with the customer service at Kia. They have always taken care of me and my daughter’s cars. The scheduling is very effective and they get you in and out as promised. Only complaint/suggestion is the girl who greets you right when you walk in. That sits at the desk to the left. She doesnt know how to smile, and isnt very friendly, you should probably get someone else to greet your guests, not a good first impression. Pam and the service tech guys were AWESOME though. I had an awful experience. I called over two weeks ago to see if they accept walk in's for Oil Change Service. They informed me that I needed to make a scheduled appointment be I called over two weeks ago to see if they accept walk in's for Oil Change Service. They informed me that I needed to make a scheduled appointment because my Kia had a recall. I made a appointment for over two weeks out and was also informed that they had a shuttle service that could take me home to get back to work. When I arrived they let me know that they did not have the part to take care of my recall, which would of been really nice to know ahead of time. Then they said it would take 20mins for the shuttle to arrive to take me. After an hour of waiting I finally asked and they said the guy was just about to show up. After about 30 more mins the guy shows up and went straight to the bathroom for 15 more mins. All together after waiting more than 1 1/2 hours. I spoke to the lady up front and asked if it would even be worth leaving cause all the time had past, I figured by the time the shuttled got me home that my car would be ready. She agreed. I asked if I needed to tell anyone else and she said no, it would be about an hour. After an hour I went back to the original lady that checked me in to check the status and she had no idea I stayed so they moved my car to the back of the line because they were trying to take care of the cars for the people that "were there waiting". She then tells me it would be another hour. All together they wasted over 4 hours of my time. There is even more but I already went way to long on this post. If I could give 0 stars, I would. More
Left me with dead battery after sitting in lot waiting for 5 days for any diagnosis to take place. Mentioned about my transmission, never checked or given back feedback.
