I had an appointment & they didn't even look at the car after having it for 2days. Told me to bring back, which I did. They looked at it & said they had to order part which took another 2 days. The actual service work is great, there are no complaints there. Customer service is lacking a lot. Last visit I was told if I complete this survey I would get a discount on an oil change. When I asked to use that this time I was told I wasn’t eligible for the discount because I didn’t rate the dealership 100%. So only 100% ratings get perks? Way to bribe your customer ratings. Also, they used to provide Lyft rides to people dropping off their vehicles, they changed to a shuttle without notification. When I arrived, expecting to be able to leave immediately to get work done, I was told the shuttle wouldn’t be back for another 2 hours. If I had known about this I would have been able to make prior arrangements for pick up. Each and every visit to the service center makes me regret my Kia purchase even more. More
