We should not have had to pay $189 for a diagnostic when the problem was covered under warranty. Was told service would take 2-3 days. Took my car in to get a recall cleared and to have my rotors checked. Service department DID NOT communicate with me about the status of my vehicle at all, I had to call to ask for an update. They had my rotors checked. Service department DID NOT communicate with me about the status of my vehicle at all, I had to call to ask for an update. They had my car for 10 days and did not provide any other form of transportation. My service advisor told me that she did not phone me to provide an update because apparently, I said "I was going to call my husband and then call them back." This is funny considering I do not have a husband. It's like she picked the most generic thing for a woman to say and used it as her excuse to put the blame on me. This experience was so frustrating I seriously considered asking them what it'll cost to return the lease early just so I never have to deal with them again. More
