We are long-time customers that have purchased 6 vehicles from Haddad over the years. Last week, we took our car for a warranty issue but they didn't do a complete inspection and didn't dissassemble the stee from Haddad over the years. Last week, we took our car for a warranty issue but they didn't do a complete inspection and didn't dissassemble the steering column, which was the source of our complaint. They said we needed an alignment, although one was done only a week prior. The receptionist said we *need* brakes and tires, but that wording is illegal and they had no measurements to back up the claim. They kept the car for a week and never contacted us. In the end, they charged $283 for an incomplete inspection, one that we were told would be covered by the warranty. Ultimately, the issue with the car remains. We are extremely dissatisfied and will be following up with the Bureau of Automotive Repair More
