Brought my car in for a recall and to have cooling system checked. They had the vehicle for 4 days before they even looked at it. I had to call to get info on what was going on instead of the service writer checked. They had the vehicle for 4 days before they even looked at it. I had to call to get info on what was going on instead of the service writer calling me. Finally day four they said what the issue might be, i turned down the repair and was going to pick up the car. When I showed up the recall was never addressed. I was told i could bring it in another day and that it was a fast fix, didn’t understand why it wasn’t done with in the four days they had the car. They had my car for almost 3 weeks until finally informing me that the warranty would not be honored due to lack of maintenance. Dulce was the representative I worked with and she was impossible to informing me that the warranty would not be honored due to lack of maintenance. Dulce was the representative I worked with and she was impossible to get ahold of nor did she reach out to me even once with new information on my car. I made an entire car payment while they had it sitting there. Then they still charged me a 200 dollar diagnosis fee (which I don’t recall being informed of if warranty didn’t cover). This part was frustrating as well, Dulce told me she would get it waived because of how things went and how long they held my car. Then come time to pick it up and take somewhere else and they made me pay the fee still to have my car released. Very frustrating and I won’t be going back to KIA ever again. More
