Horrible Service Department When I purchased my new Kia in 2017 I never thought I’d have lengthy repairs. It is almost impossible to get a hold of someone over the phone. I was on hold for almost 30 mins each time I needed to inquire about my appointment or status on my vehicle. I’m highly disappointed in the lack of quality and communication from the service department. I was left without a vehicle for two days with a newborn baby. They knew the vehicle had 5 recalls and refused to give me a loaner vehicle. When I purchased the car, I was told I had a good warranty that would cover a loaner in an event such as this. They returned my car on the second day and told me they’d call me back when more parts came in to fix the recall. You don’t buy a new vehicle thinking it’ll spend most it’s time in a shop. You also don’t leave a mother on foot with her newborn child. More

It's not the buying, it's the service. I gave them 2 stars because buying a car is a fairly straight forward process and the salespeople do a good job. They are not service oriented. First they have a wonderful online appointment process, however, when you book an appointment online, the service department doesn't even look at the website. The first time I booked an online appointment on arrival, the manager chuckled and told me they pay no attention to the website so I didn't have an appointment. The second time, shame on me, I received an email confirmation of the online appointment but when I arrived, I didn't have an appointment. The personnel managing the office were completely indifferent. They couldn't have cared less about me or my situation. They offered me an appointment that was 2 weeks away, as the soonest I they could fit me in. I will have to return to them for this service as it is related to a previous repair done by them. But I will not buy another car from them. Nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. Rick More

Liers FLAT OUT LIED TO ME!!! I went in to trade my second soul into them to get my third (I've brought them 6 sells in 6 years) after they,called me three t FLAT OUT LIED TO ME!!! I went in to trade my second soul into them to get my third (I've brought them 6 sells in 6 years) after they,called me three times offering to put me in a new Soul for the same payment. I knew that wouldn't be the case because I was going to get a soul with more options so that's not my issue. They didn't have the model or color I wanted on the lot so I found one online and asked them to have it there and I would by it. I got there black Friday night and they had sold it, ok, I understood, they sold alot of souls that day. So while I was there I told them what I wabted, again, and as they searched in the other room online, I searched too on my phone and found exactly what I wanted. After 2 hours of negotiations (the stupid game they play) the deal was done. (They didn't give me much for my trade in). They promised delivery on monday. I called the sales BOY who I dealt with and asked him when the car was to be dilvered. He told me "I have good news and bad news, the car arrive but it was smashed in the front and back and he couldn't sell me it, I told him to look around for another. Since I found the car I knew where it was coming from so I called Kia of Irvine and it was there, un damaged, and they had never heard from haddad about transferring the car!! Wow, after all that negotiating, running my credit and completed all the paperwork they lied to me. Needless to say I buoght the soul over the phone from I rive and they delivered it to where I work the next day and drove my trade in back, they also honored the deal Haddad made me, trade in sight unseen. I drove my new soul to haddad and confronted the main sales manager. He was reluctant to believe my story until he made phone calls and found out his sales BOY lied to me. I got an insincere apologies from him but that was it and never heard from the sales BOY Joseph. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND KIA OF IRVINE!!!! More
