I wouldn't go back, even if they offered to go below MSRP. First, be prepared to have to haggle over ridiculously inflated dealer mark up. I saw two trim levels of the same vehicle with a mark up of $2,500 (already high for a lower end manufacturer) and $5,000! That's not a typo... $5,000 mark up on a midsize SUV. Add that to the list of dealer installed "options" and the inflated freight (I worked in the industry and can tell you that it does not cost $1,400 per vehicle to get them from the plant in GA) and you're looking at well over $40,000 for a vehicle with an MSRP of a little over $33,000 with built in profit over invoice price. One thing I give this dealership credit for is saving an educated customer time. The desk managers let new sales kids have free reign over the show room floor. The two week employee (I don't remember his name because I threw away his card before I left the building) seemed confused that I wouldn't pay for things like paint protection (never get this option. Or tire and wheel protection. Theres almost no chance that you'll ever get a new wheel if it's damaged while you're driving.) Or that I wasnt going to pay freight after waiting and hoping that my color option came in instead of them ordering it or doing a dealer swap. The final straw was when the new kid in the showroom seemed a little upset saying "so you wanna pay LESS than MSRP?!" I corrected him and said "No, I'll pay MSRP." (I honestly think that he didn't understand that unwanted installed options aren't part of MSRP.) To which his response was "you're not getting one for less than that" while he nodded towards the model that I had just test driven. I went in there outright telling the sales kid that I was test driving and comparing the Telluride to the Hyundai Palisade and would be making a decision based on value alone (even though the performance of the Telluride is a bit muted when comparing and I'm not as big a fan of the front fascia) and would likely be putting a 3rd of the cost down as soon as I decided which one I liked for the price, and he helped save me time by not even giving the desk manager a chance to say a word. Save yourself the time and go to probably any other Kia dealer in the area. And if you're debating between a competitor in the area, just go with the competitor. Haddad doesn't like a customer who knows what they're talking about. More

I was on hold for almost 30 mins each time I needed to inquire about my appointment or status on my vehicle. I’m highly disappointed in the lack of quality and communication from the service department. I was left without a vehicle for two days with a newborn baby. They knew the vehicle had 5 recalls and refused to give me a loaner vehicle. When I purchased the car, I was told I had a good warranty that would cover a loaner in an event such as this. They returned my car on the second day and told me they’d call me back when more parts came in to fix the recall. You don’t buy a new vehicle thinking it’ll spend most it’s time in a shop. You also don’t leave a mother on foot with her newborn child. More

It's not the buying, it's the service. I gave them 2 stars because buying a car is a fairly straight forward process and the salespeople do a good job. They are not service oriented. First they have a wonderful online appointment process, however, when you book an appointment online, the service department doesn't even look at the website. The first time I booked an online appointment on arrival, the manager chuckled and told me they pay no attention to the website so I didn't have an appointment. The second time, shame on me, I received an email confirmation of the online appointment but when I arrived, I didn't have an appointment. The personnel managing the office were completely indifferent. They couldn't have cared less about me or my situation. They offered me an appointment that was 2 weeks away, as the soonest I they could fit me in. I will have to return to them for this service as it is related to a previous repair done by them. But I will not buy another car from them. Nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. Rick More
