Express service is the worst thing ever. I have never had to wait so long for anything. I got their at 7:10 and left at 12:00. Waited 20-25 minutes just to be seen. They did two extra maintenance but then l to wait so long for anything. I got their at 7:10 and left at 12:00. Waited 20-25 minutes just to be seen. Use to love Kia but no more. While they were servicing I left and almost traded it in to Ford for a truck. More

Wait time I had an appointment at 10:00 for an oil change. It took 2 and a half hours. They also declined to rotate my tires due to me needing new ones. The little things count I made an appointment for a recall and just before I showed up one of my tires was punctured by a bolt. You were able to find another tire and installed it on short notice. The free car wash may seem like a little thing but it’s not to the customer. Thank you. The only thing I’d like to see improved is the shuttle service. Having to drive all over town to drop people off took over an hour and I wasn’t the last one off the van. More

KIA recall I brought my KIA in, because there was a recall on it. I brought it in on a Thursday At 8am. I received a call from Kia saying my car would be ready a I brought my KIA in, because there was a recall on it. I brought it in on a Thursday At 8am. I received a call from Kia saying my car would be ready at 5:30. When I went to pick it up nothing was worked on or replaced on my car. I was told they needed to order parts. I called Friday morning because the recall called for no car seats to be hooked up in the backseat. I have two children 18 months and 5 years old which require them to be in a car seat. I explained this to the receptionist I spoke to and she asked if I could come back in that morning because they have received the parts. I told her I was unable because I was at work. It was Labor Day weekend and they were closed Monday. She asked if I could com in Tuesday morning and I said yes. I arrived Tuesday morning and the lady who checked me in said my parts were not in. I explained to her that I have already spoke to someone on Friday and they said they were. She made a phone call and turns out the parts were in. I don’t understand why they have your car from 8-530 just to tell you they need to order parts. They knew there was a recall and they knew I was coming in weeks in advance. More
