Not efficient! I took my car in at 7:30 and told them I needed it back at lunch, it was not ready had to wait. So over all not a great experience, the clerk that I checked in & out with was pleasant and personable. But when I got in the car and left I realized that I was missing a couple items and my console had checked in & out with was pleasant and personable. I am missing my favorite candle that was in the cup holder the lid was still there but the candle is missing. I use it for air fresher it makes my car smell so good. I always go thru Velma when all 3 of my cars need service. She always does a great job and is always professional.
