The dealership is extremely efficient and does great work. I have never had a complaint about the work done on the two vans we have taken to Kia. However they are very unfriendly and cold. Also, I feel like maybe the inside departments, not the service/mechanics, are little shady. There was an instance where I felt like they basically lied to me to get 80 bucks out of me. Not nice, not super friendly, and help is very minimal. Even when you call in to make appointments they are SUPER short and hard to talk to. Not to mention you have to wait FOREVER to talk to anyone!
