I called to make an appointment to get my car serviced they didn’t have anything available for a few weeks. I was able to drop my car off and they were able to get it in within a day. I took my car in to fix a recall, and when they did the system update my car messed up. They promised to fix my car or put in a new engine. After 7 months of waiting, they communicated with me just a handful of times. I would call and leave messages and they still Would fail to return them. I also had to be super persistent to get a loaner vehicle. They wanted me to lyft everywhere, and said they would reimburse me but I was pregnant at the time and uncomfortable with that, nor could afford to lyft due to being out of work for covid.This dealership lacks being prompt and lacks communication. I think I would be less upset with the situation if I got monthly updates. More

The dealership is extremely efficient and does great work. I have never had a complaint about the work done on the two vans we have taken to Kia. However they are very unfriendly and cold. Also, I feel like maybe the inside departments, not the service/mechanics, are little shady. There was an instance where I felt like they basically lied to me to get 80 bucks out of me. Not nice, not super friendly, and help is very minimal. Even when you call in to make appointments they are SUPER short and hard to talk to. Not to mention you have to wait FOREVER to talk to anyone! More
