Well after 5 months I was happy to finally have my vehicle back after a system update to my vehicle 🚗 . But I was disappointed to have my vehicle returned dirty inside and outside. Vanessa quoted me $9,000. I took it to another Kia dealership and was quoted $5800 for the same exact repair. She also said she was going to give me a list of the breakdown in costs and never did. She would answer and immediately place me in hold. I waited 30 minutes multiple times. I had to hang up and call back and tell them she kept putting me in long holds just to get some help. It seemed very obvious to me she was avoiding me. I was so confused why. I was nothing but nice to her. Even when she gave me that ridiculous quote. Worst experience ever. My wife's kia sorento would not start on 14 September. I called Haddad Kia and they gave me the number to get the car towed. The car was not looked at until the evening of the following day. Turned out the called Haddad Kia and they gave me the number to get the car towed. The car was not looked at until the evening of the following day. Turned out the battery was bad. The car was not repaired until the following day. I think this was unacceptable. Also the price of $440. Was excessive. I don't plan on recommending Haddad Kia because of this experience. More
