Vanessa and Velma were the best!! They were professional, knowledgeable, qualified and courteous!! They seemed to work really well together giving me one of the best experiences ever while wo professional, knowledgeable, qualified and courteous!! My car was not ready on time and the problem was not resolved as promised. I took my vehicle for a noise it was making and Diego said it wasn't making noise he later changed that and said it was still m resolved as promised. I've had my Kia for 3 years and this the worst I've ever been treated. Still waiting on some so called Tech review to find out whats wrong with my. I haven't heard anything from this Manager. Woke up needing air in my tire. They keep my car over night 2 difference for a shaking issue on the left hand side. I still don't know what wrong with my car this has been going on since Tuesday Oct 10th, 2020. The only Kia dealership in Bakersfield, they're customer service is horrible. If I could give zero star I would. More
My car messed up Aug 8 in Bakersfield. I had taken it to a local repair shop. They couldn't help so advised me to take my car to Kia. I was trying to leave town so the employee was able to get me in for a d a local repair shop. They couldn't help so advised me to take my car to Kia. I was trying to leave town so the employee was able to get me in for a diagnostic test right away since it was towards the end of their work day. I appreciate that service. After that was done, I was told there was more they needed to do and that I wasn't going to get my car back that day. I let them know I'm from out of town so I needed to know what was wrong as quickly as possible. There was nothing I could do till Monday which I understood. I believe I called on Monday in the afternoon to figure out what was going on. After some back and forth with the extended warranty and the dealership, they decided it needed to be taken apart and inspected. Then have another inspector come out which I was told could take a couple weeks. I took it upon myself to get a rental since I still had to go to work. After speaking to the extended warranty, the said they would cover 10 days. Once day 10 came, I was told that they found other issues with my car so it needed more parts and those parts needed to be ordered. The extended warranty extended the rental four more days....thank you. Day 14, still no car. After no responses and some late responses through text, also to be put on hold for 20 mins or so they found other issues. So at this point, I had to pay for the rest of the rental out of my own pocket because the extended warranty wouldn't cover more days when it wasn't my fault that their dealership was taking so long. After paying almost $600 for that rental, I was getting angry at this point. 9/28 and still no car. I started calling extended warranty, customer service and service manager to talk about The California Lemon Law..... then guess what... the next day 9/29/20 my car was ready...how convenient. I will never be taking my car to get fixed at Haddad Kia in Bakersfield again. More
