I have always had great service. I do maintenance on my cabin and air filter and replace them regular yet the service technician recommended that they needed replacement. Service rep Pam was fabulous she walked me to the waiting are as called me to advise of air filter needed to be changed... Pam then once my car was ready called me to pay and Pam again walked me out to my ca are as called me to advise of air filter needed to be changed... This place is ridiculous I bought my can in June and I bought a service plan. I have been in twice one for an oil change. And both time they came I never bought one.
