The hold time to speak to someone was more then 20 minutes on two separate occasions, when I Finally spoke to someone I was put on hold because the supervisor could only schedule my appointment so on minutes on two separate occasions, when I Finally spoke to someone I was put on hold because the supervisor could only schedule my appointment so on hold for another 10 minutes. Schedule my appointment for 9am and my car was not pulled till 10:00am More
