David in the service department was excellent!! He was communicative and helpful. Asked if I was waiting or needed a ride. Welcomed me with a hello, everything was fast because of appointment. My Telluride was towed to the dealership because it wouldn’t start. They told me it was the battery. A month later the same thing happened. I asked them to run tests to see what is drawing on the batte wouldn’t start. They told me it was the battery. A month later the same thing happened. I asked them to run tests to see what is drawing on the battery. They simply charged the battery and the mechanics told me I probably left something on. As I’m leaving the dealership my car dies for a 3rd time. Again, the mechanics tried to blame me and say it was the auto on/off switch. I always make sure to turn that off because I hate that feature. They finally replaced the IBU and Corporate is now buying back my car. I am not getting another Kia because I don’t want to deal with this dealership. More
