My experience at Haddad was an absolute travesty. This is the worst dealership I have ever heard of. I brought my vehicle, which is under warranty, in for service and then to trade in for a new Ram Power Wa the worst dealership I have ever heard of. I brought my vehicle, which is under warranty, in for service and then to trade in for a new Ram Power Wagon. My vehicle sat for 9 days and no one followed up. Absolute awful service. After 9 days I picked up.my truck from service, drove it to the Lancaster dealership and purchased a new 2500. xxxx Haddad. Haddad you suck. Please go out of business. More

I have taken my vehicle here 2 times. Both times I had trouble with being able to pick it up because of the service department. The first appointment I called to make sure my car was ready to pick up when trouble with being able to pick it up because of the service department. The first appointment I called to make sure my car was ready to pick up when I was told it would be and many times I got no calls back or was told it wasn’t ready for some reason. The second appointment I was told my car would be available at 6:15 pm to pick up when my appointment was at 7 am that morning and i was the third vehicle there. When i called about noon that day to see if my car would be ready any earlier than 6:15 i was told i couldn’t pick my car up at 6:15 because they close at 6. Due to my work hours i wasn’t able to pick my car up until the next day. I make my appointments around my other obligations and when stuff like this happens i have to find other arrangements and such. I am not very impressed with the service department here. More
