Worst service I have ever had. Left my truck there for 4 days After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment and they hadn’t touched it. Gave me a quote for a repair for a thousand dolla Left my truck there for 4 days After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment and they hadn’t touched it. Gave me a quote for a repair for a thousand dollars more that another dealership gave me. Then, after 4 days of doing NOTHING to the truck they charged $315 for a diagnostic fee. I sent an email asking to speak up a manager...no call back. I would never ever buy anything from there because the service department is so awful. More

I must say that Andrea and cotton provided Beyond exceptional service went out of their way to help me out and cannot thank them enough. Not only were they kind and respectful but maintain professionalism at all times. These two young ladies are the absolute best at what they do treat you like family and make you feel welcome I honestly cannot say enough about them they are nothing short in exceeding the standard of Excellence in customer service.
