We communicated with this dealership for a week while vehicle shopping. Our first visit was focused on one vehicle type, we test drove, discussed price, and were given a bottom dollar. Over the next few days we did our research on dealerships within a 200 mile radius and their available inventory and price, as well as options for other models, years (new and used), and colors. We also sought out our own financing and available incentives through various memberships. Meanwhile, our salesman, Alex, followed up with us and kept the lines of communication open. We went back to our local, original dealership with exactly what vehicle we wanted, our own pre-qualified financing, incentives, and test drove the vehicle. After less than an hour we came to a mutual agreement on price out the door, and I'm a proud owner of a new vehicle. The salesman and sales manager we dealt with were communicative, good listeners, and worked hard to keep our business local. All-in-all, a great car buying experience! More
