Took my Ram in. Heated seat not working. Kept the truck for a week. Got it back and the seat will not adjust like it should. After calling the service drive for over a week with no return call, Ibstarted for a week. Got it back and the seat will not adjust like it should. NO RETURN CALL FROM ANY OF THEM. More

They just don’t seem to care. Appear to be overwhelmed, the techs have given up. Whatever you do they refuse to make eye contact. Simple repairs can take days mine took two weeks to replace a radio. I bought a vehicle from them it was on a Sunday and was promised a fill up and that blue def for diesels. They drove off with my truck and came back and told me it was Sunday service was closed and they co promised a fill up and that blue def for diesels. They drove off with my truck and came back and told me it was Sunday service was closed and they could not fill it up to come back and they would fill it up next time period since I don't live in Bakersfield about 9 days later I came back to fill it up that cowardly sales supervisor "Ishmael" (Ish for short) was standing behind the counter would not look at me sent one of the little flunkies out to tell me that they don't do that. So for less than $12 for that diesel additive they f**** off a customer. I have also found several other people that they lied to. It seems like if they promise you something and you don't get it before you drive off, that's it you don't get it. More
