Buyer beware! Be sure to go over the sales contract before you sign it! DO NOT buy extended warranty on new vehicles and check for add-ons. Extended warranties begin the day you buy it and the dealer gets a percentage of the value of your extended warranty from the insurance company. After the warranty only being in effect for 11 months, it cost us $2300. that wasn't refunded. Again, WATCH FOR ADD-ON'S to your contract. A great example is the Guidepoint Vehicle Assistance. We were told by the finance rep that the Guidepoint assistance would only be charged to us if we activate it. That was a lie! Read, read, read your contract! They are famous for slipping in charges that you did not approve. Remember they are NOT your friends - they just want to sell you everything they can. The Haddad family would like you to believe that they are in business to serve the residents of Bakersfield/Kern County. This is not true either! They are there to take your money. More
