I was very disappointed with my assigned service contact person. He did not provide me with timely updates regarding the status of my vehicle. In addition , he was not very accommodating and he was also arg person. He did not provide me with timely updates regarding the status of my vehicle. I paid to have my Ram 3500 dually tires rotated. I warned the service assistant not to bang the chrome wheel covers, it would break the plastic retainer clips. I did not get all the names I did talk to a PR person, she said the Techs used a rubber hammer, that's a problem banging the cover on! No More
