Poor Customer Service I took my husband's Dodge Ram 2500 to the Haddad Dodge Service Department because his rear passenger tire was losing pressure on a regular basis and n I took my husband's Dodge Ram 2500 to the Haddad Dodge Service Department because his rear passenger tire was losing pressure on a regular basis and needed to be repaired. I dropped the truck off at 7:34 am on a Wednesday for a valve stem replacement on the tire and that afternoon I still hadn't heard anything from Cotton my Service Adviser. She finally called at 2:58 pm on Wednesday afternoon to inform me that "they were swamped that day and weren't able to repair the tire". She did offer me a rental car, which was nice, but is still an inconvenience because I am without a vehicle due to a minor tire repair. To make matters even more complicated another full day has gone by and I have yet to hear whether or not my truck is ready. Update: Cotton just called and informed me that my truck is STILL not ready. The truck has been at the service department for 2 full days and will not be ready until tomorrow according to her. She assured me that the truck will be ready by tomorrow. I find it absurd that it takes 3 days to replace a valve stem on a tire. More

I was greeted by Angel Del Rio the service advisor. I was very impressed with Angel’s professionalism and how he worked with every customer to make sure they received great service. Angel is an employee that any company would be proud to have on there team. I will continue to get my 2010 Dodge Ram serviced at Haddad Dodge. More
outstanding customer service There was a recall on my 2012 dodge avenger and I had taken it in to get that fixed. The service department was really busy that day. Angel Del Rio had assisted me on getting my car fixed. The phones were ringing off the hook, there was a few people waiting for assistance, but Angel remained very calm and very friendly throughout everything. About 2 weeks before I took my car in, my A/C just stopped working. Of course when it was 110 degrees outside. I had asked how much it would be to look at my A/C, and he said they were very very busy but he will do his best to see if they can look at it. When I returned to dodge to pick up my car it was still a little hectic in the service department. But Angel was still very friendly, and very helpful. He called for my car to be brought up and when I got in my car, my A/C worked and it worked better than it did before!! I appreciate the outstanding customer service that Angel has, to go above and beyond in making the customer happy. I would defenitly recommend taking your car to the service department at dodge. We had a 2008 Dodge charger that was on its last leg. We would have had to put thousands of dollars into it to bring it back to speed. Hadaad gave us 5K for the used car, and sold us a 2011 Dodge Durango C would have had to put thousands of dollars into it to bring it back to speed. Hadaad gave us 5K for the used car, and sold us a 2011 Dodge Durango Crew for a few thousand less than what the Kelley Blue Book value was. So they gave us fair market for the Charger trade in, and also gave us a great deal on a Certified PO Durango for thousands of dollars less than the Kelley BB had it at...They showed the Kelley Blue Book value to me and the carfax when I asked for them...Later I looked up the Kelley Blue book value and it turns out the Durango was actually worth more than they had listed it. An we got it for $3,000 less... I would highly recommend this dealership, and we love the new Durango. More
The team in the service department was extremely helpful. I was traveling from Arizona to Oregon and my vehicle started to have extreme problems. Worried that I was not going to be able to make it home I pul I was traveling from Arizona to Oregon and my vehicle started to have extreme problems. Worried that I was not going to be able to make it home I pulled into the dealership. They were able to get me in immediately and even notified me that my pickup had a factory recall and it should fix my current problem. That was a huge relief. Gregette (Cotton) was courteous, professional and motivated the team to help me get back on the road. Thank you so much, Brian. More
