Haddad Dodge Service Continue to have issues communicating with their service department, brought my 08 Durango in Thursday, for tuneup or replace spark plugs, at the tim Continue to have issues communicating with their service department, brought my 08 Durango in Thursday, for tuneup or replace spark plugs, at the time of my last oil change they mentioned it was due for spark plugs, when I walked into the service department, to schedule my appointment, I told them also check susspention, seems it's bouncing all over. Well, they called said there was no leak in shocks or struts, and I said I never mentioned a leak, I wanted you to check cause of it bouncing when I am going over bumps and dips, riding rough, and not once did I mention a leak. I wanted the actual performance checked, since I have a powertrain warranty they are covered. Well the service tech stated that they wouldn't be able to check until the following day,, & if the parts weren't in stock we would have to leave it over the holiday weekend, and he also mentioned that it needed more work that of course it wasn't covered under my powertrain warranty, that the right side exhaust manifold had problems and parts and labor were additional. Which cost an additional $700, plus the spark plugs, so cost me over $1200. And also I haven't been satisfied with Haddad Dodge Service Department for the past 3 yrs, seems they don't care & do not listen to the customer. ****The only person I trust in the service department is Cotton, she is consistent & goes above and beyond for me. More

Service? What service? Every time I take in my car. What ever is wrong can’t be fixed, or it was not what they thought was wrong and it’s always more money to fix. First I was told my truck should be ready by Friday. No call Friday. I called Monday to see if everything is ok. Told not yet. 2 weeks later. Found out my new transmission is missing lost between fedex and haddad. Haddad signed for it but no transmission. Over a month later I finally get my truck back. Had to go down there multiple times and get with the service manager to get somewhere with my truck due to no return calls. Or keeping me in the loop. How do you lose a 350lbs transmission and not let the owner know what’s happening to there truck. This is my rating SERVICE 1. CRAFTSMAN SHIP 5. The mechanic did a great job. This is the only reason I might go back. More
