engine at 1/2 power! My car suddenly flashed the check engine light: oh no! was my first thought. The folks at Habberstad assured me i could get there no problem and use a loaner car. They fixed it within 24 hours and it turned out to be a bad spark plug. They changed all of the spark plugs and coils for free due to its being under the warranty: NICE!!!!! also equally nice: the loaner car: love the new 4 door mini, very cool car. service...again I love driving my Mini Cooper but the engine is a tough nut to crack...I have been in at least once a month for service light going on, sputtering, or I love driving my Mini Cooper but the engine is a tough nut to crack...I have been in at least once a month for service light going on, sputtering, or stalling etc..for several months. Tracey and her service dept have been as helpful as possible and always very respectful to me. This past visit my car was there for 2.5 weeks...people have started to ask me if I sold my car..We have replaced so many things already in my 2013 Mini and it only has about 32,000 miles on it..this visit it was a chaffed wire. I can only hope that I can go 1000 miles without requiring a service visit, as much as I enjoy seeing Tracey and her staff. Because of my many visits etc., I was pleasantly surprised that the service dept did my alignment at no extra cost, this gesture of good will really helped reduce my frustration with my engine. More
