Started off at Hassel Mini and wasn't really happy with what was being offered. Made it over to your dealership after 730 and was greater warmly and didn't feel rushed at all eventhough it was almost closi what was being offered. George explained all car features and financing in a way that was very easy to understand. I was also happy with the price negotiated. When I picked up the car the next day George once again explained the paperwork in an easy to underhand manner. Once we got into my new car all features were demonstated and I especially apriciated my phone blue tooth connection being paired with the car. I also apricated the the friendliness of the Diane and the receptionist. More

This is my first time getting my own car and I can say that I have been nothing but completely satisfied, even impressed with Habberstad Mini Cooper. I began this process less than a week ago when I sched that I have been nothing but completely satisfied, even impressed with Habberstad Mini Cooper. I began this process less than a week ago when I scheduled to sit down with a sales representative to discuss a new Mini Cooper S. To my content, I was greeted by George who seemed to be right around my age range. After discussing what features I was looking for and how I was looking to handle the financial side of things, George was more than accommodating in showing me which vehicles they had in stock that fit my criteria and immediately offered me a test drive in a manual model. Considering I haven't driven stick very much in the past, I was pretty rusty in the beginning, but George was extremely patient and relaxed as I got the swing of it. After I took the car around a great little neighborhood, he jumped into the driver seat and showed me how the car really handled when driven by someone with more experience. Needless to say I had a blast and immediately expressed interest in getting a Mini Cooper. So here I am 5 days later waiting for all of the paperwork to go through and hopefully by Tuesday I will be driving a great little Chili Red Mini Cooper S. Either way, the customer service and help so far has been nothing short of brilliant. I highly recommend Habberstad! More
Issue #1: Since I live far from the dealership and work teacher's hours, I am extremely inconvenienced and frustrated by the restrictive 7 AM-11 AM loaner car policy. A few weeks ago I had a problem and w teacher's hours, I am extremely inconvenienced and frustrated by the restrictive 7 AM-11 AM loaner car policy. A few weeks ago I had a problem and when I called was told I needed to schedule a Saturday appointment, since there are no afternoon hours when I can get a loaner car. When I went on Saturday, after waiting over an hour I was told the problem could not be diagnosed on a Saturday (WHY NOT???) and that I couldn't leave the car since there is no loaner car on weekends. The round trip from my home is about an hour and a half. Two weeks later, after arranging time off from work (which was very difficult at this time of year), I was finally able to bring the car in early in the day and get the problem looked at. The issue concerned warning lights on the display. After I left the dealership, one of the warnings continued to come on every time I start the car, even though I was told this wouldn't happen, but I am not able just to drop in to have it looked at again, so I am living with it. Since the same warning came on when I drove the loaner car, I assume this is "normal" but if that is the case, maybe I needn't have gone through all of the above. Issue #2: I was informed at my earlier service visit that my warranty will expire before 36 months. The explanation was not satisfactory and I really need to speak to a manager. I can't understand how a 36 month warranty can "shrink" after the car is sold. The service person, while sympathetic, couldn't give me a real reason that made sense to me. Nothing was said at the time of sale about a reduced warranty period. I am beginning to regret that I bought a car from Habberstadt since service is so difficult to schedule and I seem to be coming back for similar issues over and over. I appreciate the free service now, but if I continue to have to bring the car in for what appear to be relatively minor problems over and over again, and have to pay for everything at Habberstadt rates, I will not be a happy Mini owner. More
