From the moment I got to Habberstad MINI, my service experience has been truly exceptional. My service advisor was Matthew Wayne and he was great! It was my first time at Habberstad MINI, but Matthew experience has been truly exceptional. My service advisor was Matthew Wayne and he was great! It was my first time at Habberstad MINI, but Matthew made me feel welcome. He explained everything to me in detail and told me what to expect and also made a few repair recommendations that actually improved the performance of my MINI. He also made sure to check everything covered by my warranty and did the necessary work for them without me saying a word about it. He just knew it needed to be done. He even followed up with a few phone calls to inform me of the progress of the repair on my vehicle. He made everything feel as stress-free as possible. Plus, the loaner car he provided to me during the repair was excellent! I enjoyed driving it! Thank you Matt for everything! Thanks Habberstad MINI for an exceptional service! More

I love my MINI! Although it took forever to come because of the back orders on my navigation, George was great at keeping me informed. He responded to all my emails and any phone calls. I know that Dealer Service is thankless, with listening to customer complaints all day and under stress to get cars in and out without making mistakes. Its nerve racking. Habberstad Mini does a great job of easing that tension and puts you at ease. The service team inspires confidence, and sets you at ease. They earn your respect and work to keep it. 5*S*T*A*R*S!!!!
