From the moment I got to Habberstad MINI, my service experience has been truly exceptional. My service advisor was Matthew Wayne and he was great! It was my first time at Habberstad MINI, but Matthew experience has been truly exceptional. My service advisor was Matthew Wayne and he was great! It was my first time at Habberstad MINI, but Matthew made me feel welcome. He explained everything to me in detail and told me what to expect and also made a few repair recommendations that actually improved the performance of my MINI. He also made sure to check everything covered by my warranty and did the necessary work for them without me saying a word about it. He just knew it needed to be done. He even followed up with a few phone calls to inform me of the progress of the repair on my vehicle. He made everything feel as stress-free as possible.
