This is my 3rd Mini and Habberstad made the sales experience a good one. I was buying the new Cooper Coupe so there are relatively few discounts available but they worked with me to get the best trad experience a good one. Staff were friendly and I did not feel pressured as I have at other dealerships. I've had service done on my previous Mini through Habberstad and I was impressed that there was no attempt to sell me unnecessary services-just an honest assessment of what I may need in the near future. They also fixed a chronic problem on my previous Mini that the other Long Island dealer had not managed to address for the past 2 years. Overall, I've been very pleased. More

I was surprised that the free service period had expired on the mini cooper & that the service being performed was rather pricey.
