We were promised a certain customization with our Mini. When purchasing, the answer was Yes for everything. After they have your money, they stop caring about you. When it came time to pick up the car, t When purchasing, the answer was Yes for everything. After they have your money, they stop caring about you. When it came time to pick up the car, the customization never happened. First, we were told it was our fault. When they took responsibility, then they said we would have to wait for a part to arrive. After 9 days and no one contacting us after leaving 3 different messages, we finally talked to them live. They said we would have to wait 5 more days. Next, when the part came in, we had to schedule an appointment. On that day, they were short staffed and we had to wait 4 hours...only to then be told they can't actually do that customization! So they didn't know to begin with, or just said yes to get us to buy. Finally, we purchased a back seat cover that they still have not delivered 1 month after purchase! ALl the while, not one person apologized. This has been the worst service ever! There are other Mini dealers in Long Island, be selective. More
