i had a problem. Dealership picked up the car from my home, 40 miles away, [offered me a loaner, but this was way better for me!] and took the car. Called me every day for 2 days with updates. Got the car covered 50% on a post-warranty claim too! Just great. Fixed it all! Cleaned it up and redelivered it to my driveway!--better than new. Is that perfect and the best service ever or what! When I finally decided to purchase a MINI, I had already decided that I wanted to buy a “gently used” vehicle. The car was packed with options, but Gus helped me through the process of adding a few “goodies” to make my driving experience exactly what I hoped it would be. The options I installed was directly through Habberstad, because I knew the craftsmanship would be at the level only a MINI dealer could provide. There was nothing about this entire process that I would have changed.
