There was minimal back and forth and all discussions with management when making critical monetary decisions were out in the open. There was never the feeling of back and forth with a manager making decisions from and ivory tower. Very cool shop. Phillip even offered for me to have some sushi with his coworkers while I was waiting for my car to be prepped. If you want no pressure and a feeling of "no pitch sales" in a BMW environment this is the place for you. I highly recommend Habberstadt MINI and I definitely would say that Phillip was one of the best I have dealt with in my 30 years of buying and leasing all types of cars.
