Lost a Customer While dealing with some power steering issues on an older mini the service department called me to go over some repairs needed. The cars power steering repairs where extensive (over 2600 dollars). I asked the service department to not touch the car until I made a decision either to have the repairs done or get rid of the car and purchase a new mini. The next day I emailed the service department to not touch the car because I wanted to get rid of it. I was informed about 700 dollars of work had already been done on the car which seemed to have occurred after my phone conversation. Unfortunately I truly was planning on buying a new mini at this dealer but this will now, not be happening. More

Amazing Customer Service Every time I take my car in for service, I am NEVER disappointed! I got a flat tire as the dealership was closing on a Saturday afternoon.
