The problem was checked out and found to be not anything serious. The service people took their work seriously, however. They wrote up what they'd done to check the problem in great detail, charged me nothing, and washed my Mini. No one can be better than that! They have definitely won my confidence, and I am always impressed with how everyone at the dealership jumps in to help one another. More

I was very happy to see that David was excited to have me as a customer, he did everything possible to make sure I left as a happy customer and had a good experience. This made me very happy being that I've had such negative experiences in the past. David did a great job by taking care of me and making sure I was 100% satisfied. Great job David keep it up! More
