The Habberstad service department needs a course on how to treat clients. Very unfriendly, unorganized and not supportive when reviewing car mechanical issues. I waited online for 30 minutes to drop my ca to treat clients. Very unfriendly, unorganized and not supportive when reviewing car mechanical issues. I waited online for 30 minutes to drop my car off and another 20 minutes before the service rep could tend to my appointment. No loaners available and poor communication skills. Clients should be appreciated and not feel like a burden to the service group. Going back to Competition for future service issues. More

Really bad service. They did on oil change for my 2018 x5 and found huge oil leak next day. They stripped and over tighten oil pan plug and asking me paying $3,500.00 for changing oil pan discount from $6,000.00 for just changing oil pan. Only Habbersted BMW did oil change my car. They stripped oil plug and they trying to get money from me witch is not acceptable. More

I have been a customer at Huntington BMW for over 30 years. The last 5-6 years they have offered a free car wash to their customers which I regularly utilize. Today i went there for a car wash only and years. The last 5-6 years they have offered a free car wash to their customers which I regularly utilize. Today i went there for a car wash only and when I got home I realized that this was the worst car wash I have ever received anywhere, inc. BMW. I had to fully wash the car completely when I got home. I would have returned but the service area was closed when I returned. I know that they get their attendants from the Car Wash across the street but recently it changed owners and if these are the new attendants assigned to BMW they should be fired because they do a horrible job. I thought to myself, "did they even wash it at all?" Please correct this problem as it will give your service dept a bad name! More
