Mike is a great Service Rep. He is friendly and professional however, my experience when paying my bill was an issue. I was never told that Habberstad didn't take personal checks for over $1k. S professional however, my experience when paying my bill was an issue. I was never told that Habberstad didn't take personal checks for over $1k. Samantha was rude and kurt and I was paying for over $2k in repairs. I asked Mike to take care of this for me and he did. This is the 2nd time that this has happened. Brought my car in for service and both times the car was damaged by the mechanic servicing the car. This is unacceptable. Their technicians/mechanics should be car in for service and both times the car was damaged by the mechanic servicing the car. This is unacceptable. Their technicians/mechanics should be extremely careful with customers cars especially when this is a BMW dealership. Just would like to say that my CA Jeff Blaney is an excellent advisor! There is no better service advisor than Ron Guzzi. He goes above and beyond in all my dealings with over the years. He is truly a valuable asset to your organization. He IS the only reason I continue to goes above and beyond in all my dealings with over the years. He is truly a valuable asset to your organization. The only problem I had was the unavailability of a loaner on the day I brought my car in.I had to go home and return the next day. Ron tried his hardest to find one but to no avail. My maintainence plan is almost over but as long as Ron is there-I will continue to go there. More
