Unprofessional experience on January 05 2024. I was told by my service advisor Anthony Sofield that he would be present till 6:30 PM to meet me to pick up my car. Unfortunately, Mr. Sofield had l I was told by my service advisor Anthony Sofield that he would be present till 6:30 PM to meet me to pick up my car. Unfortunately, Mr. Sofield had left for the day to attend a soccer game. I was greeted by the valet, and directed to the cashier to settle my bill, no discussion with any other advisor. This, after Mr Sofield discouraged me to arrive at an earlier time. I’ve not had this dismissive behavior directed towards me in the ten years I’ve owned my BMW. This is a business model Mr Eric Habberstad will not be proud of ! It appears BMW has lost its panache. Hope you retrain your service advisors to place a greater amount of respect and professionalism with regard to customer satisfaction. More

The actual service was ok but my car had multiple scratches while it was in their possession and when I asked about it the explanation was that they can't bear the responsibility because it was parke scratches while it was in their possession and when I asked about it the explanation was that they can't bear the responsibility because it was parked in their lot along with other cars (BTW, they parked my car very close to another car). I always kept my car clean inside out and no scratches when I dropped it off and they also took the video showing no scratches during the time of drop off. However, when I went to pick up the car had few scratches on a very prominent spot are really bothersome. Had I taken a new loaner car and returned the car with few scratches on it wouldn't be acceptable to your dealership, correct? so in a same way I expect my car is being taken care of the same way when they had it in their possession or take the responsibility to fix the scratches but they did neither so I am very much disappointed as well as their don't care response. More
