$1,400. 00 on service and when you get your car back it is not even washed. I had a coupon for a 3 year prepaid oil care service for $199. Earlier in the y 00 on service and when you get your car back it is not even washed. I had a coupon for a 3 year prepaid oil care service for $199. Earlier in the year when I brought my car in for an oil change, I asked to purchase this offer. Despite presenting it, the Service Advisor refused to apply the offer because apparently I didn't advise of my intent to use it early enough in the transaction. (For example, you CANNOT present it at check out. If you want them to honor this, you must tell them BEFORE they begin any work on your vehicle. Zero exceptions to this rule were made for me.) This visit, I advised BMW as soon as I dropped my car off. It's very frustrating that now it went up to $225. Also, they will not inform you of this offer so make sure you do your own research ahead of time. More

Service advisor is Amazing got my car detailed at the BMW facility. Very mediocre job whoever worked on the car did not read the car the way supposed to be treated.
