Stephan LaRouche is just bad at his role. He is disorganized and misrepresents the dealers position frequently. I asked several time to speak to a manager with no reply or follow up. On two seperate occasion paid the final invoice when I picked up my car and twice Stephan reached back out to ask for additional money - both times over 300 dollars indicating that he “forgot” to charge me. He has many other “slips”, I complained and asked for a new service rep and every time got him. Done with them. More
