This was the one year service. Free oil, filter, wiper blades, visual safety check.and car wash. Had a NYS inspection performed. Only $10.00 for a one year old car. The waiting area was spotless, with comfy chairs and free coffee. I was greeted with smiles. I was surprised that I was the only one there at 8:00 AM. At my previous dealer for a different make, there would be a line up at the opening of the service department. I was a little puzzled that it took just over 2 hours to complete the few tasks required. Perhaps quality effort takes more time. Recommended service department. More

In the year and a half I have worked with Rick, he has always done well by me. Whether its making room for my car on short notice, finding a loaner on even shorter notice, or turning the car around on ti always done well by me. He is also good at letting me know what has to be done, what should be done but can wait and how long it can wait. Very sensitive to my schedule and values my time on the same level as his own. I have been dealing with this dealership for several years, Not only have I bought/leased 3 cars from them I also bring all our cars to this dealer for service. They are extremely friendly, very courteous and get the job done from the get go. I have seen over the past several years people come and go in the service area but Rich is unlike the others. He is serious about maintaining your car and will give you a few laughs to go along with it. You definitely will walk out with a happy feeling. I needed to have the passenger mirror repaired. I went to the service department to order the part. I was told it will be in on Wednesday and they will call me and schedule the appt. to have it replaced. to the service department to order the part. The parts guy is on the phone, looks at me and turns away. No indication that I exist, or he will be with me after the call. The call eventually ends. I give him the paperwork, and 15 minutes later he returns with the part. I ask about the appt. He says, "I don't do that, go see the service advisor". I find a guy at the service desk. He says "I don't do that, go see the girl at the front desk". I head inside, wait on line. My turn comes and I say I need to schedule an appt. for my car. Without saying a word, she dials a number. After a couple of rings, she hands me the phone. The woman on the phone says hey do you want to take advantage of our shuttle or courtesy car service? I ask can we pick a date first. That will determine which support I will need. We pick the following Saturday, 8:00am she says thank you and hangs up. No shuttle or car questions. The following Saturday at 8:00 I drop my car off. The advisor, who was really pretty good, says it may not be ready today, and recommends I get a courtsey car. He brings me to the Hertz desk. I wait 20 - 25 minutes, and finally the rep shows up. She says you are getting a Chevy Cruze. I ask are there any other options. She says it is the only car that is clean, but if I want a dirty car.....she has others to chose from. I took the car and left. My car was ready in a couple of hours. It had been cleaned and was ready to go. When you compare this service to that of Mercedes of Massapequa, this place is completely lost. High end cars, with low end service. For what you pay, you should receive better service. If someone says they are going to do something like call, they should do it. More

Chris did an exceptional job in helping me out with my X6. I travel a lot and my wife was using the car when it stalled and wouldn't start. I had problems calling BMW roadside assistance and called Chris X6. I travel a lot and my wife was using the car when it stalled and wouldn't start. I had problems calling BMW roadside assistance and called Chris at the dealership and he fixed the problem had the car towed to the dealership. Then since I was arriving late he arranged a loaner car to waiting for me when I got home and the service department was closed for the day, so I could have a car over the thanksgiving weekend. He called and kept me informed about the status of the repairs on the X6 while I was traveling. It was good experience and all ended up good. More
Had a few things wrong with my 2012 BMW X6 so I brought it in for service on a Saturday morning. No loaner cars were available so I was told I had to wait for the car and it wouldn't be long. After about 3 hours I was told that the car was ready and all the problems I came in for had been fixed. On the drive home a service message light came on and all the problems I was told were fixed on the car still remained. I called the advisor from the service department who attended to me when I brought the car in and he didn't answer. I left a voicemail and he didn't return my call. Several days after I sent an email to BMW and received a call from service advisor George Ikonomou. George was not the service advisor I dealt with initially but he apologized on behalf of BMW and gave me an appointment to bring the car in. To make a long story short I brought the car in and George made sure I was treated very well and took care of all the problems and issues the car had. I've never been treated so nicely, and the car runs like new. Thanks George! More
