Zero Stars If I could give negative stars i would. My mother brought in her 2011 328 for a broken rear 3rd light. Was told there was a diagnostic fee that woul If I could give negative stars i would. Turns out BMW can't actually service the issue and still charged my mother. At no point was she informed that if the service couldn't be performed would she be carges nearly 200$. According to the service manager Vincent they performed over an hour of work to drop a headliner . This dealership and Vincent in particular don't care about their customers and are only trying to scam with ridiculous fees. Don't go here More

Outstanding customer service My low tire pressure light was on yesterday and I got panic. I made appt today at 9am but I pulled my car in around 7am cause I am rush to go to work. My low tire pressure light was on yesterday and I got panic. I made appt today at 9am but I pulled my car in around 7am cause I am rush to go to work. The technician was very helpful and checked my car right away, came out little problem and got fixed right away. I want to say I had a great experience with purchashing my baby here with Robert and so far overall the whole BMW experience is great. Everyone here is very nice and professional. Highly recommended! More
