The service experience was excellent. Sales was not so, which is the reason I did not choose to buy my BMW at your location; despite the fact that I live in West Islip. If my future services go as wel which is the reason I did not choose to buy my BMW at your location; despite the fact that I live in West Islip. If my future services go as well as this one, I will reconsider at the end of my current 3 yr lease. More

I brought my car in for service and was told it needed a new transmisson shifter and module installed. I was told there were only two in the country and one was being overnighted for them to install tomorro new transmisson shifter and module installed. I was told there were only two in the country and one was being overnighted for them to install tomorrow and Jon would contact me tomorrow. By 11:00 the next day Jon called me to say my car was all ready for pickup.I never expected the car to be repaired so quickly, with it needing programming I expected to wait atleast another day or two before seeing my car. I was shocked by how effiecent the service was and happy to have my car back. Thats how service should be. More

The service department really helped me and accomodated me in every way that they possibly could - They made sure my wait wasn't to long and explained in detail what was going to be done and during my wait me in every way that they possibly could - They made sure my wait wasn't to long and explained in detail what was going to be done and during my wait the service people kept me informed on how my car was dong.
