It's great pleasure working with Habberstad BMW I bought my 2011 528i march which was whole other great experience but I have to tell you about my service experience I got last week, it was unbelieva bought my 2011 528i march which was whole other great experience but I have to tell you about my service experience I got last week, it was unbelievably easy I was very nervous because I heard about the luxury cars service expenses was crazy I have all that pre-own warranty and everything but some friends told me that service people always find something to charge:( but not in Habberstad BMW, they are as I told before Friendly then professional I recommend them in every stage buying selling and service.i look forward meet them again ;) More
Service people are knowledgeable and courteous. I brought my 2012 650 in to replace a damaged front tire. Regular routine service was performed as well as installation of replacement tire that I, of course, my 2012 650 in to replace a damaged front tire. Regular routine service was performed as well as installation of replacement tire that I, of course, paid for. Car was washed and inside vacuumed which is always appreciated. The only problem was the condition of the tire. It must have been sitting in inventory for a long time. It was filthy, looked as if it had been used and whoever cleaned the car didn't bother to clean the tire. Also whoever installed the tire scuffed the rim. I hope I can polish out the scuffs. I'm pretty particular about the appearance of my cars or I wouldn't have bought a BMW. Service performed on 9/9/13. More
My car sat in the service department for over 24 hours. It was very clear that it was not attended to until the last minute. They told me the work could not be done and I had to go back to the BMW in Manha It was very clear that it was not attended to until the last minute. They told me the work could not be done and I had to go back to the BMW in Manhattan. When I picked up my car the next morning, I explained my disappointment and disbelief that the required work could not get done at a certified BMW repair shop! The second sales person I worked with Chris, saw through the issue (e.g. untruths)---as I did and took care of the needed work within 6 hours. This service department needs to understand that BMW owners have an IQ that is higher than the average and it insults our intelligence when we are told stories such as this. Chris knew better to not perpetuate the untruths and instead apologized and got to the work! Why is it one sales person could get the job done in 6 hours and another had my car for more than 24 hours with not much done? In the end, she actually turned away $1300 worth of additional work and created a very unhappy customer. Doesn't sound like a great way to run a business! More
My 3 series was brought in for service for the radio. The repairs were made and after picking up the car I discovered that my USB drive (64GB) with all my music and photos on it was missing. I immediately contacted Dawn and alerted her that it was gone. She made some inquiries (service manager) and contacted me the next day. She told me that they routinely take photos of the cars they service and indeed the drive was there when I dropped it off but "was at a loss as to what to do--did I have any suggestions." My suggestion is: Don't bring your car in for service at Habberstad, they will steal your personal belongings. More
Brought my car in for a coolant leak. As always, My service advisor Anselmo went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was repaired in a fast and timely manner. I purchased my 2013 X5 from here and the sales team was excellent. Uday Bhandary and Ewa Gmyrek were great and my sale was smooth.Upon delivery I noticed some scratch on my door. I took my vehicle back to excellent. Uday Bhandary and Ewa Gmyrek were great and my sale was smooth.Upon delivery I noticed some scratch on my door. I took my vehicle back to get it fixed. Thats it! It was my biggest mistake to take it there because my one week old SAV came back with scuff marks and swirl marks (bad detail job) which they have not been able to fix it till today. The vehicle has been there more than 5 times for the same issue but no fix and the service was horrible the last visit. I left several messages for the service rep to see what were they going to do to the vehicle this time and when should I expect it back, I did not receive even one call back. I did not expect this from BMW. I will never take my vehicle there for service here again. More

Though I arrived a bit late for my appointment, I was helped immediately. All paperwork for both the service and the loaner car was ready and I was in and out in a flash. Very nice people did a nice job with everything.
