When I arrived at Habberstad BMW, at the Bayshore location, I was immediately impressed with the bright, fresh, extremely clean showroom. When greeted by Greg Cola, he instantly put me at ease with h location, I was immediately impressed with the bright, fresh, extremely clean showroom. When greeted by Greg Cola, he instantly put me at ease with his genuine, down-to-earth personality. He had a great deal of knowledge about each BMW I asked him about. Greg made me feel as though I was his only customer, giving me all the time I needed to ask questions, without making me feel rushed or pressured to purchase. I bought my second BMW after speaking with Greg. Although Greg could have been 'done' after the sale, he hooked my phone up to the car, helped me with the pre-sets, and helped me understand everything else that was new to me in the car. My 11 year old son was with me the day I bought the car. Greg showed my son around the service area. He also went out of his was to show my son other cars he thought he would like to see, and would enjoy 'sitting in'. In addition, Greg made everything SO easy-with changing over insurance, plates, etc. Greg's genuine interest in people, his sincerity, and his kind nature are truly the reasons why I returned to BMW Bayshore to purchase my new car. They are also the reasons I will recommend Bayshore BMW to friends, and the reason I will return in the future. Thank you, Greg! More

They put absolutely no pressure on us at any time, and seemed less like salesmen and more like knowledgeable friends who just really enjoyed talking about the features of the cars. In fact I thought Saul was enjoying talking about the cars as much as we were. When it came to the price, they wowed us with their best number right up front without anyone having to talk to the Great and Powerful Oz behind the curtain. Saul and UB were straightforward and informative from beginning to end. You really felt like they genuinely had your best interest in mind and were trying to help you make the decision best for YOU. And if all this didn't make this the BEST car buying experience of my LIFE, when we picked up the car they fed us a hot lunch and gave us a manicure! Really! Right at the dealership! Experience was great. They got me in at the last minute and were very friendly. They were able to provide me with a loaner car. When I picked up my car, I noticed a scratch that wasn't there when I droppe and were very friendly. They were able to provide me with a loaner car. The entire staff was courteous and accomodating. I was running 20 minutes later than the scheduled time and everyone was so nice accomodating the later time. Also the loaner car was awesome!!!
