I went to BMW of Bay Shore to lease a new BMW as the lease on my 2011 BMW 335xi had finished. I was not referred by anyone, however as soon as I went in to the dealership, I was greeted warmly by the lease on my 2011 BMW 335xi had finished. I was not referred by anyone, however as soon as I went in to the dealership, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and was asked the reason for my visit. She promptly put me in contact with Mr. Frank Cortale, a sales advisor, who helped me in identifying the vehicle that I was looking for,a 2013 BMW 550xi, going over the lease terms in a thorough manner and finally delivering the car in a very short time considering it was over the weekend. I found Mr.Frank Cortale very professional,kind, with a pleasant demeanor, that made for a great experience during the whole leasing process. I recommend Mr. Cortale without hesitation. I have recently purchased a 328i in preowned sales. He provided a good test drive route to see how the car handles and different speeds. i would definitely recommend him and habberstad to anyone looking to purchase a new or preowned car. Greg provided me with many different finacial options and i was able to find the best one for me. When i recieved my car it looked brand new and you would never know it was a preowned car. After visting many other dealerships I stopped in Habberstad of BayShore and met my sales advisor Rob P who was great from the start. His no pressure easy going sales tactics worked great and I came Habberstad of BayShore and met my sales advisor Rob P who was great from the start. His no pressure easy going sales tactics worked great and I came back to purchase the vehicle in which he showed me and took for a drive. The purchase was seamless in which it was the first time I signed a contract and picked up the vehicle within 24 hours with no additional haggling or issues. Great work Rob P and the rest of the staff there. I will be back and definitely recommend my fellow friends and business partners. More

I am writing to say how happy I am with my new baby...that would be my new "ultimate driving machine" the X6. I have driven other luxury cars but nothing will ever compare to a BMW. Every time I get in it's a wonderful experience all over again. It's the way he welcomes you with his angel eyes...the feeling of safety as you shut the door, the way he hugs the road as you take that turn, the reasons are countless. None of this would have come to fruition without the white glove treatment I recieved from Frank Cortale. Frank made the daunting task of leasing and transition into a BMW seamless. Everything was explained to me in great detail as he walked me through the process. At the end all of the lease jargon seemed to be part of my vocabulary. Frank is pleasant to talk to and carries himself like a professional. He came highly recommended by an esteemed & finicky colleague with rave reviews. Frank would come highly recommended from me as well. The staff at Habberstad was extremely polite and accommodating. Frank is an asset to your company and is part of a team that has made and will continue to make business and brand successful. After he explained all the features to me it was as though I was given a hug and welcomed to the BMW family. They say you can't love an inanimate object....apparently they have never driven a BMW.
