Chris could not have been nicer and literally took care of everything, including insurance and DMV issues. When we picked up the car Chris spent over one hour ensuring that we were familiar with all of the car's features. He has called several times since then to ask if we had any questions and invited us back after we had driven the car for a few days to review. I love my car. 335i-X drive Coupe M-package Titanium Silver on Black... the aluminum interior trim "pops" with the titanium paint. I enjoy the heck out of it every day. Thats what its all about.
