Took my X5 in to Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore to get service done. My service advisor is Chris Conigliaro and he is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He is very friendly and explains everything to me in detail. He talks to me like he would talk to my husband...I appreciate that sooo much. My truck had to be in for a week and he kept me up to date with all of the repairs. Even things I never noticed were wrong with the truck he made sure they were fixed. He knew I didn't want to get stuck with a hertz rental so he hooked me up with a beautiful BMW loaner. He absolutely Rocks!!! Thank you Chris! More

In 2009 I purchased a vehicle from Douglaston BMW and serviced my vehicle there twice. I have been a servicing customer at Life Quality BMW for approximately three years because it is near my place of wo serviced my vehicle there twice. Within the last 18 months, I moved to Deer Park, LI and took my husband's vehicle to Habberstad Bayshore for service and was blown away with the staff that I encountered. The service advisor (sorry, I don't recall his name) was very personable and a pleasure to meet. There were BMW eco friendly bags available for all customers and you could take more than one (I took two :D). I was offered a loner car even though I didn't purchase my vehicle from that location (that's a NO NO at Life Quality). I walked away from that experience knowing that my next purchase would be from Habberstad BMW and all my servicing will be done there as well. Don't get me wrong, I liked Life Quality BMW and my advisor Dan but my experience at Habberstad Bayshore was top notch. fast forward to 2012, my husband and my lease was up and we were browsing the showroom at Habberstad. We met Saul Braslavsky, who was such a sweetheart (and a cutie pie). My husband and I were not sure if we wanted to lease another vehicle but after some fun conversation with Saul, we knew we were coming back. We kept his business card and ever so often, made sure it was still on the dresser. A few months later I went back when I knew Saul was working and ordered my 2013 535i GT. Saul is the best and I want to get all my cars from him! I also met Ian/Ean (Englishman with a sexy accent) from the financial dept and he was absolutely great. I could listen to him talk all day! I love Habberstad BMW! By the way, my 5 year old son also scored a BMW from Habberstad (toy coupe) and he was also super excited and gives them two thumbs up! I brought my vehicle in for service on 2/14/13. I was assigned George Suarez as my service associate. His attitude was flippant and condescending and his main response to any of my concerns was a shrug assigned George Suarez as my service associate. His attitude was flippant and condescending and his main response to any of my concerns was a shrug of the shoulders. I usually have a good experience when bringing my car in for service, whether for routine maintenance or other problems. After finally having enough of Mr. Suarez, I was brought to Vince Torres who took my concerns seriously and also took the time to have a technician go over the car twice to try to locate the problem. He also took the time to explain what had been done to the car and what had been done to try to recreate the problem. Although the problem was not corrected in the manner that I would have hoped for, I do believe that Vince Torres did everything he possibly could to see that I was satisfied. My initial interaction with Mr. Suarez has soured my view of the service department. After having to deal with him for two days and his endless shoulder shrugging when asked if he could explain something, I don't think I will be recommending this service department if he is part of it. More
