I was a little hesitant about coming to the dealership because of the prices i seen on the website and when i spoke to the sales representative. But when I went and spoke to the sales rep and explained my because of the prices i seen on the website and when i spoke to the sales representative. But when I went and spoke to the sales rep and explained my situation to him he spoke to his boss and they actaully worked with me on the price which made me very happy. They made me feel comfortable with the decision I made when i left the dealership and was very helpful helping me pick the vehicle i wanted. This is my second BMW lease at Bayshore BMW. My initial sales consult for my first BMW was with Robe Pellegrino approximately three years ago. My experience was nothing less than stellar. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly to me negotiable. Fast forward the end of my lease and it was a no brainer to vist Bayshore BMW for my second lease. I called Mr. Pellegrino ahead to tell him what I wanted. Upon arrival we immediately got started with the selection. Mr. Pellegrino had cars for us to look at on premise and online. He was extremely patient since my 21 year old daughter had alot of her own likes and dislikes. Less than an hour later since I was on a time crunch we sealed the deal! More
I leased for the first time 3 years ago. I was lucky enough to meet Robert. He was the reason I leased the 325 and the only reason I went back to BMW bayshore . He made everything work! My 2013 X3 was due for service and I had scheduled an appointment with Habberstad since this is also the location I purchased my car last year. I was very disappointed with the quality of service for num appointment with Habberstad since this is also the location I purchased my car last year. I was very disappointed with the quality of service for numerous reasons. First, when I called in to make an appointment I had asked if I can get a loaner and the rep I spoke to say yes only to find out when I brought in my car for drop off, I was not receiving a BMW loaner. Instead, I was given a Hertz rental. This is quite misleading as I was not told I needed to specifically request for a BMW loaner nor did I expect to have to do so. My previous car was another luxury make and I was always given the same make as my own vehicle. As if this was not bad enough, I had to wait in the service area for well over an hour for the Hertz rental and this was only because I followed up with the front desk more than once. I made an 11AM appointment so the dealership knew I was coming and should have been expecting me or else, there's really no reason for me to make an appointment and drive all the way in from Brooklyn. Once, I picked up my car I was even more dissatified with my overall experience. When I went into my car, I noticed the on board device cover was left on the floor, as well as, the old inspection sticker still on the windshield when I had paid for them to do the NYS inspection and was charged for on the invoice. The next day I called the service department to give them my feedback and was told I would get a follow up call, which has not happened. I followed up with another call to ask about the hold on my credit card for the rental, left a message but never received a follow up call. This experience definitely does not give me any incentive to bring my car back for future servicing or purchases here. More
This is my second BMW purchased from Bayshore and will continue to buy from them in the future. Uday and Saul were a pleasure to deal with.
