I had the GREAT FORTUNE of dealing with Frank Cortale. Frank, for a lack of a better saying, is the MAN. Frank is cool, calm and collected. He made me feel like more of a friend then a “client”. Frank made my transition from a CPO BMW to a brand new BMW fun and exciting. I never once felt pressured. This man has PATIENCE. I put that in caps locks for a reason, I threw a lot at Frank. From colors to trims to packages, Frank took it all and got me what I wanted at the price point I wanted to be at. I look forward to and hope that I will forever be a BMW customer and as long as Frank is working for BMW then I will only deal with Frank. He is a true asset to the Habberstad Family.
