Very nice people did a nice job with everything. My wife and I had the most amazing experience getting our brand new BMW because of Uday Bhandary (UB) and his team. They were amazing from the get go. We trust UB so much that we had no issues driving all th brand new BMW because of Uday Bhandary (UB) and his team. They were amazing from the get go. We trust UB so much that we had no issues driving all the way down from Baltimore to New York, just so we could get our car through him. Yes, it was worth it. Its all about the relationship and trust. I spoke to UB before on the phone about what I was looking for and he took the time to listen and understand what would make us happy. Before we even came to the showroom, he had a car picked out for us and had it ready just in case we would love it and wanted to drive out with it same day. When we arrived at the showroom, UB had Paul (who is amazingly knowledgeable and is a BMW enthusiast) take us on multiple test drives. Paul passionately explained what it is to drive a BMW and took the time to explain all the cool and safety features of the car. This is our first BMW...we were sold ! After we were back at the showroom, UB spent an hour showing us his entire inventory of cars so we could choose our car at leisure. He wanted us to be happy with the car we chose. He even let us look at other dealer inventories in the region. After all the searching, my wife and I decided on a car. It just so happened, it was the one UB knew we would love and had picked out and got ready for delivery! After that, UB and his team took over. The team even stayed back on a weekend and made sure all the paper work was completed because they knew we had to have the car same day. We had to drive back to Baltimore. It was perfect. Loved the drive back and loved the entire experience. Need a BMW? Want a BMW? Go to BMW of Bayshore and ask for UB. More

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I paid $2500 last August to have my car fixed and serviced from bumper to bumper. The car was never right. I was charged for a lot of things that I found out later were never done. I should have brought it back right away but then Sandy hit. Last week my car got stuck on sunrise hwy. and I had to have it towed home. I brought it back to Haberstadt BMW in bayshore in the hopes that they would honor their work and fix the car. It is supposed to have a two year warranty. I was told by Chris in service when I got their that I didn't have an appointment and it would cost $150 just to look at the car. (I did have an appointment). After trying to discuss my issues with Chris I got nowhere fast and drove the car home. I called the service manager Jeff and he agreed to look at the car without the $150 charge. I bring the car all the way back and wait a day for them to look at it and of course the problem, as explained to me by Kenny, is nothing that they originally fixed and it was probably because during Hurricane Sandy I got bad gas because all the gas stations were getting bad gas. Hmm. I said, Well my other cars didn't seem to get any bad gas.". Just got more of the same double talk. I asked him not to insult my intelligence. At this point I called the manager of the dealership . . . Still waiting for a call back. In short I got ripped off! They charged me for work that was never done and they are extremely unprofessional. Don't go there! More
I had been to a couple of dealerships to buy a BMW for my son, and I with Bayshore BMW because of Paul Senft. I knew I could trust him and he gave me alot of knowledge on the car and on the finances. He worked with us and was very helpful through the whole process. He made sure we were satisfied and understood every step we needed to take to buy the car. If I called him and had a question he always called me right back. Even after I brought the car. I would definitely go back to this dealership to buy a car and would only ask for Paull Senft to help me. He made it an easy and great experience. More
I've owned several BMW's and in the past have dealt with Habberstad BMW in Huntington where I always found the detail to excellent service with courteous and professional employees a pleasure. Recently I went to BayShore service twice within a month and both of my experiences there have been awful. The first time I went there to pick up my car in the late afternoon after having to leave my car there for two days because a part needed to be ordered for the radio. Upon receiving a call that my car was ready in the morning, I proceeded to pick it up about 2:30pm. I had to wait over an hour for my car because they didn't know where it was for over 30 minutes and then when they finally found it they hadn't washed it. It was a pour experience but I let it go as just one of those things that happen occasionally. Then this past week, I had to return again to service for a filter and oil change. I dropped my car off the night before and received a call the next morning at about 10am from my service person. The service person told me they were working on my car and then went into all these preventive services I should pursue. I told him I wasn't interested and that I just wanted an oil change and asked him if it would be ok to pick up my car by 6:30pm that evening as I work in Manhattan and that would be my time of arrival. He said sure because they're open until 7pm. I got there by about 6:00pm and waited abut 40 minutes as the service people scrambled to again find my car. No one knew where it was. I was also asked by one guy, if it was a truck that I was picking up? The guy told me that they didn't think I was coming for my car so they parked it away for the night. I found myself to be again disappointed and frustrated with the results of my service. Not only that but when they finally brought my car out I saw that my car looked dirty so I commented that it hadn't been washed either, and the guy said yes it was, it was washed in the rain. There was tree flowers stuck all over the car. In conclusion to my second experience at Bay Shore Habberstad BMW I found them all to be a bunch of clowns that seemed that their procedures and professionalism just doesn't exist. It was like dealing with Dumb and Dumber. And just so you know, I am a very patient person and also can accept mishaps happening once in a while, but this service was unbelievably bad. I'll never go there again. And by the way, even though I mentioned Kenneth, there were at least 3 other people involved scrambling around looking for my car, but I don't know what there names were. More
