After a series of disappointing interactions with Rallye BMW, my father and I knew we found the right dealership after the opening moments of our discussion with Saul. Throughout the process, which included BMW, my father and I knew we found the right dealership after the opening moments of our discussion with Saul. Throughout the process, which included a last-minute change of interior wood trim, our experience with Saul was an absolute pleasure every step of the way. When we walked into the dealership Saul greeted us with a warm welcome, had all the lease papers prepared for our signature, and had seen to matters of registration, title, and insurance. Saul demonstrated his extensive knowledge about the automobile and patiently took the time to explain all the car's new features. This is our third BMW and our first time leasing from Saul at Habberstad. We would not think of workng with any other BMW dealership since Saul fulfilled every promise and commitment thoroughly and in a timely manner that showed his respect for us as customers. More

My great experience at BMW of Bay Shore is evidenced by the fact that I purchased my 2014 X3 from this dealership after one visit to the showroom. I was greeted by Paul Senft in the showroom, told him tha the fact that I purchased my 2014 X3 from this dealership after one visit to the showroom. I was greeted by Paul Senft in the showroom, told him that I was looking to trade in my 323CI for an SUV, and we were immediately on our way to look at the X1, X3 & X5 to see which would be best suited for my needs. Paul was informative, professional, and not overpowering in his sales approach. The X3 was ordered that day. When the vehicle came in just three weeks later it was Paul's day off - but he came in anyway to finalize the deal. That's true customer service. More

I purchased my 2013 X5 from here and the sales team was excellent. Uday Bhandary and Ewa Gmyrek were great and my sale was smooth.Upon delivery I noticed some scratch on my door. I took my vehicle back to excellent. Uday Bhandary and Ewa Gmyrek were great and my sale was smooth.Upon delivery I noticed some scratch on my door. I took my vehicle back to get it fixed. Thats it! It was my biggest mistake to take it there because my one week old SAV came back with scuff marks and swirl marks (bad detail job) which they have not been able to fix it till today. The vehicle has been there more than 5 times for the same issue but no fix and the service was horrible the last visit. I left several messages for the service rep to see what were they going to do to the vehicle this time and when should I expect it back, I did not receive even one call back. I did not expect this from BMW. I will never take my vehicle there for service here again. More
