This is our 2nd BMW lease with Rob Pellegrino. He is truly a pleasure to deal with. We never feel the need to price around other dealerships. My 3 series was brought in for service for the radio. The repairs were made and after picking up the car I discovered that my USB drive (64GB) with all my music and photos on it was missing. I immediate The repairs were made and after picking up the car I discovered that my USB drive (64GB) with all my music and photos on it was missing. I immediately contacted Dawn and alerted her that it was gone. She made some inquiries (service manager) and contacted me the next day. She told me that they routinely take photos of the cars they service and indeed the drive was there when I dropped it off but "was at a loss as to what to do--did I have any suggestions." My suggestion is: Don't bring your car in for service at Habberstad, they will steal your personal belongings. More

After meeting with Chris I went to another dealership and I knew immediately Chris was the type of person with whom I wanted to deal. He was not only patient and knowledgable, he was sincere. What truly marks Chris as exemplary was after a few months of driving my car, there was a silly electrical issue. When I contacted Chris, he immediately helped me.
