Service people are knowledgeable and courteous. I brought my 2012 650 in to replace a damaged front tire. The only problem was the condition of the tire. It must have been sitting in inventory for a long time. It was filthy, looked as if it had been used and whoever cleaned the car didn't bother to clean the tire. Also whoever installed the tire scuffed the rim. I hope I can polish out the scuffs. I'm pretty particular about the appearance of my cars or I wouldn't have bought a BMW. Service performed on 9/9/13. More

We leased our second car from bayshore bmw my wife and i were uncertain if we wanted another 5 series as this was would be our third.
